    We live in a world where women continue to break barriers and this is truly exciting. It also highlights for me the importance of women having access to support to help them remain positive and enjoy the ride. 

    If you are balancing multiple roles, navigating professional challenges, and striving for personal fulfilment – well frankly that’s a lot.  This may be when the thought “I’m not happy - what is wrong with me?” sneaks into your mind.
