How does coaching work?
I will tailor a package according to what is right for you. A multi-session coaching plan would mean a series of sessions: weekly, two weekly or monthly, lasting 30 to 60 minutes. Or maybe all you need a one-off 90-minute intense focus session to unblock your thinking. I can do that too.

I have been training, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams for over 25 years, firstly during my IT career and more recently, as a qualified and accredited coach.
I am indendentantly accredited life coach (with the international coaching body the IAPC&M). This is important, it means you can relax knowing you are in safe hands.

It's my job as a coach to support you when you are struggling with life, whether it's personal or work-related. I use proven coaching, NLP, and Hypnotherapy techniques. With care and a little humour, I support you in discovering what is important to you. Together we will explore, plan, and take action.

Midlife Your Way Coaching program
Joining a coaching program, especially for women aged 45 and above, can offer a holistic and transformative experience. A program offers more support, as well as personal touch points, which is exactly what women in midlife often need. It's ideal if you are very stressed, overwhelmed, lacking confidence or in a hurry to get on with your life.
Midlife Your Way is a 3-month, carefully structured program that delivers results. It will help you explore your potential and start thriving - not just surviving. It includes 18 hours of coaching, regular accountability and many other features and resources.
